Return Policy

We accept returns up to 14 Days after delivery. Our policy covers any item that is delivered damaged, this can include manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage not intentional to the garment.

Please Contact Us and let us know within the 14 days to start your claim on either replacement or refund. 

Can I get a refund?

We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can include manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.

Please contact us directly with any other questions or concerns, as our goal is 100% satisfaction. Every circumstance deserves separate care, and we value our customers enough to offer that care.

Do you accept exchanges?

Unfortunately most of our order are created when you order them and we carry very limited amount of items in stock for pop-up events. Our goal is 100% satisfaction and if we have it will gladly exchange it but if we do not then unfortunately our supplier will not accept a return without manufacture defect.
