How are Alien Milkshake items made?
Most of our graphic tees, hoodies, shorts, accessories, and home goods are made to order specifically for you when you place your order, while we also carry limited small-batch inventory for local pop-up events. Creating items on demand reduces textile waste and lets us offer a wide range of sizes and original artwork year-round.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page or inside My Account.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept return or replacement claims within 14 days after delivery for any item that arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error. Simply reach out via our Contact Us page or email info@alienmilkshake.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right. Read full details on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
Do you accept size exchanges?
Because most items are custom printed when ordered, our production partners cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If we happen to have your item in our pop-up inventory, we are happy to help exchange it—contact us directly and our team will take care of you.
How does Alien Milkshake give back to the community?
10% of order sales help support local shelters and food banks, including the Westmorland Community Food Pantry in Southern California.
